Monterey Motorsports Festival
The Monterey Motorsports Festival in Monterey, California, is set to take place during Car Week 2024, and promises to be an exciting event for car enthusiasts and visitors alike. This year’s show will feature an impressive collection of classic and modern cars, including rare and exotic models from around the world, with special surprises from the aviation sector putting the cherry on top.
The event will showcase not only the latest models from leading car manufacturers, but also vintage cars from the early 1900s, and everything in between, allowing visitors to experience all that the automotive world has to offer. Ticket holders can expect to see a wide range of cars, from sleek sports cars to rugged off-road vehicles, all of which will be displayed in a lively and engaging environment.
With a wide variety of activities such as racing simulators, vehicle wrap demonstrations, off road exhibits, live entertainment, and food and drink options available, Monterey Motorsports Festival is set to be a must-visit event for anyone who loves cars and the automotive industry
MMF provides automotive fans with opportunities to roam the grounds, connect with the business world and enjoy food and entertainment well into the night.
Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the first-of-its-kind event continues well past sunset, offering MMF Under the Lights, with nighttime viewing, live entertainment, dancing groups, racing simulators, food courts, outdoor bars (credit card only) and more.

The space currently is 20 x 20 prefer 20 x 30 if possible, with electrical access, if not, extension cords accessible.
Open design with flooring of some kind – prefer set up like a living room with its bar made from barrels should be about 8 feet in length (possibly donated – checking on that), 4 covered round hi-tops 2 – 6 foot tables for displays and raffle tickets/collection. Flooring – what would work best? A small couch with 2 side chairs at each end and small end tables and I do have a glass and brass coffee table for the front of the couch.
Proposed timelines for action:
11am – opening with one or two people in both – suggest some piped in music
12noon – 2pm – MINI VACAY sampling of wine with chocolates (may start at 11a)
Tamara has ABC 02 license
2:00 pm – 4pm – Sullivan Rutherford Wine tasting and chocolates
Both representatives have the ABC licenses
Music starts at from 1:00pm to 4:00pm (we are somewhat flexible with times)

Sanctuary Vacation offering raffle tickets for a Pebble Beach house for 2 nights – drawing TBD (possibly 5pm) the second raffle is for Kindness Monterey 4 restaurant gift certificates selling raffle tickets $5 ea or 5 for $20 – TBD
Will need racks or something for brochures – and some sort of digital for Annee as well as Wine Flights.
Throughout the day, participants can mingle with various industry businesses, including car manufactures, dealers, motorcycle stores, electric technology reps, custom and off-road shops and dealers, equipment brands and suppliers. Fans can eavesdrop on interviews, speaking panels and hear compelling business and automotive stories.
Activities for both adults and children include racing simulators, automotive video games, live PPF installations, live detailing, technology demonstrations, photo booths, photography demos, interactive motorsports-inspired children areas and more.
MMF also places a strong emphasis on philanthropy, with part of the proceeds going to local charitable organizations.
