An evening of food, wine, music and live entertainment awaits. From sparkling wine and paella to samba, aerial performances and fire shows, the VIP experience is designed to keep the energy moving throughout the night.

5:00–5:30 p.m. | VIP Welcome
VIP guests arrive to a lively welcome featuring roaming performers and dancers greeting guests at the entrance.

5:30–6:30 p.m. | Sparkling Wine Tasting with Twisted Roots Winery
Raise a glass and begin the evening with a sparkling wine tasting from Twisted Roots Winery.

5:30–6:30 p.m. | DJ + Electric Violin & Ambiance Dancers
Music fills the VIP area with a DJ, live electric violin and ambiance dancers setting the tone for the evening.

6:30–7:00 p.m. | Lollipop Performances
Enjoy two high-energy Lollipop performance sets inside the VIP experience.

7:00–7:30 p.m. | Electric Violin Processional
Our electric violinist leads VIP guests outside as the evening transitions toward one of the night’s signature performances.

7:00–8:00 p.m. | Paella Demonstration & Tasting with Chef Brandon Miller
Watch Chef Brandon Miller prepare paella during a live culinary demonstration, followed by a tasting for VIP guests.

7:30–8:00 p.m. | The Samba Moment
Just before dusk, the celebration comes alive. Samba performers begin inside VIP before leading guests outdoors for an energetic, interactive performance. Guests are encouraged to dance, move through the space and become part of the experience before the performers make their way back to the main VIP area.

8:00–8:15 p.m. | Fire Show No. 1
The evening heats up with the first spectacular fire performance.

8:00 p.m. | Bean Brigade Coffee Bar Opens
Recharge for the rest of the evening with handcrafted coffee from Bean Brigade.

8:15–8:30 p.m. | Electric Violin Return
Follow the sounds of the electric violin as VIP guests are led back inside.

8:30–9:00 p.m. | Lollipop Performances
Another round of Lollipop performances takes center stage.

9:00–9:15 p.m. | Fire Show No. 2
A second fire performance lights up the night.

10:00–10:30 p.m. | Final Lollipop Performances
The evening’s final Lollipop sets bring another burst of live entertainment to VIP.

10:30–11:00 p.m. | Closing DJ + Dancing
End the night on the dance floor with music from the DJ and one final celebration.
